This paper deals with output feedback guaranteed cost control problem for a general class of uncertain linear discrete delay systems, where the state and the observation output are subjected to interval time-varying delay. The proposed output feedback controller uses the observation measurement to exponentially stabilize the closed-loop system and guarantee an adequate level of system performance. By constructing a set of augmented Lyapunov–Krasovskii functionals, a delay-dependent condition for the robust output feedback guaranteed cost control is established in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). We introduce temporal effect to the classical Kleinberg model and study how it affects the spatial structure of optimal transport network. The initial network is built from a regular $d$-dimensional lattice added by shortcuts with probability $p(r_{ij})\sim r_{ij}^{-\alpha} $ , where $r_{ij}$ is the geometric distance between node $i$ and $j$. By assigning each shortcut an energy $E=r \cdot \tau$, a link with length $r$ survives within period $\tau$,which leads the network to a decaying dynamics of constantly losing long-range links. We find new optimal transport in the dynamical system for $\alpha=\frac{3}{4}d$ , in contrast to any other result in static systems. The conclusion does not depend on the information
used for navigation, being based on local or global knowledge of the network, which indicates the possibility of the optimal design for general transport dynamics in the time-varying network. 相似文献

In this paper, the problem of exponential stability analysis for neural networks is investigated. It is assumed that the considered neural networks have norm-bounded parametric uncertainties and interval time-varying delays. By constructing a new Lyapunov functional, new delay-dependent exponential stability criteria with an exponential convergence rate are established in terms of LMIs (linear matrix inequalities) which can be easily solved by various convex optimization algorithms. This paper focuses on the stability analysis for uncertain Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy systems with interval time-varying delay. The uncertainties of system parameter matrices are assumed to be time-varying and norm-bounded. Some new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals (LKFs) are constructed by nonuniformly dividing the whole delay interval into multiple segments and choosing different Lyapunov functionals to different segments in the LKFs. By employing these LKFs, some new delay-derivative-dependent stability criteria are established for the nominal and uncertain T-S fuzzy systems in a convex way. These stability criteria are derived that depend on both the upper and lower bounds of the time derivative of the delay. By employing the new delay partitioning approach, the obtained stability criteria are stated in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI). They are equivalent or less conservative while involving less decision variables than the existing results. In this paper, a new complex-valued recurrent neural network (CVRNN) called complex-valued Zhang neural network (CVZNN) is proposed and simulated to solve the complex-valued time-varying matrix-inversion problems. Such a CVZNN model is designed based on a matrix-valued error function in the complex domain, and utilizes the complex-valued first-order time-derivative information of the complex-valued time-varying matrix for online inversion. Superior to the conventional complex-valued gradient-based neural network (CVGNN) and its related methods, the state matrix of the resultant CVZNN model can globally exponentially converge to the theoretical inverse of the complex-valued time-varying matrix in an error-free manner. Moreover, by exploiting the design parameter γ>1, superior convergence can be achieved for the CVZNN model to solve such complex-valued time-varying matrix inversion problems, as compared with the situation without design parameter γ involved (i.e., the situation with γ=1). Computer-simulation results substantiate the theoretical analysis and further demonstrate the efficacy of such a CVZNN model for online complex-valued time-varying matrix inversion. 相似文献
